The week from October 25th to November 2nd

This week was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. Last weekend I started by taking an exam in Italian and doing lab work. Last Friday night I did way too much shopping, purchasing all these awesome, crazy colored leggings and went out to Sycamore Deli for their Boogieburg event where they have dj's from the Blacksburg area an Philly and Denver playing sets all night long. It was such a blast and I really enjoyed myself despite the fact that I ended up kinda doing my own thing by he end of the night.

The following day, there was more lab work and then I got ready to celebrate Deirdre's Birthday. We went to Moe's and hung out in her dorm, just talking to her friends before we all went out to a party. I ended up staying at the party with a friend I made there and just stayed out late hanging out and talking to them. Sunday, I played tennis with my buddy and did more research.

I was pretty stoked about being leggings buddies, and just purchasing those leggings in general

This week:

Monday: Went to volunteer at hospice, had an italian quiz, did my research and worked on AMSA stuff as well as my creative writing homework. I also wrote a poem, go figure.

Tuesday: Went to class, had an exam in medical georgraphy, went to a pgs meeting and worked on my pgs blog

Wednesday: Italian, work, played tennis and went to Zumba Party in Pink

Thursday: I went out to Cabo for dinner and stayed up way too late for my own good.

Friday: Celebration of Excellence dinner - gave my speech to the College of Science scholarship recipients as well as all the administrative staff at my College. It was terrifying, haha. I got to sit at the table with the Dean of my college and his wife, so that was really nice to speak with them and I'm really looking forward to when he comes to visit us for PGS. Right after dinner and a heart to heart with Kelly, I booked it back home to change into my Halloween costume and try to make it to the bus with everyone for Katie's Halloween Party. I ended up having to do my make up and hair there just so I could make it (I ran from Hillcrest to Torg in 4 minutes) Hung out there for a while and then went over to a friend's house and missed the bus so I just ended up staying over there.

Saturday: Slept in, tried to go shopping for a costume but couldn't find orange jumpsuit like material. Took a lot of naps and then went Swing Dancing in the evening before going to Nina's Halloween Party.

Sunday: Slept in again, spent most of the day sick and doing hw.
